PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency and economic efficiency and safety in work by collecting the heavy article suspension lifting work and the laying work for an outside heave article pulling-in rail, outside a building. CONSTITUTION:A gate-shaped lift machine 3 is installed outside a building 1, faced to a heavy article transport inlet 2 of the building 1, and a rail.receiving beam assembly which pin-connects a heavy article pulling-in rail 8 outside the building and a rail receiving beam 9 is prepared. Since a power generator 6 for a heavy article is over the rail receiving beam assembly body, the power generator 6 and the rail.receiving beam assembly body are suspended by using the lift machine 3 until the heavy article pulling-in rail 8 outside the building is set in horizontal posture to the equal level to the instal lation level to the building 1. Then, the rail receiving beam 9 is fixed onto the pillar of the lift machine 3, and the heavy article pulling-in rail 8 outside the building is supported by the building 1 and the rail receiving beam 9, and the power generator 6 is placed onto the heavy article pulling-in rail 8 outside the building and pulled into the building 1.
