PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy cargo carrying-in method into a building, and a heavy cargo carrying-out method out of the building, capable of being simply constructed, shortening its construction term, and of easily carrying out its transportation with heavy cargoes lightened in weight.;SOLUTION: This heavy cargo carrying-in method into a building is formed out of a first process wherein plural self standing support columns 13 connected with folding frame bodies 12 are erected at specified intervals, and a frame is constructed while the upper parts of the self standing support columns 13 are being connected together with beams 14 and 14a so as to let a rail 18 be laid out within the building 11 from the beam 14, a second process wherein portal trolleys 20 provided with lift jacks 19 are provided for the rail 18 so as to let carried-in heavy cargoes 10 be lifted up for being supported, a third process wherein the portal trolleys 20 are moved in the inside of the building 11, and of a fourth process wherein the heavy cargoes 10 are lowered down by the lift jacks 19 so as to be set in a position as specified. A heavy cargo carrying-out method out of the building is substantially carried out by following the processes in reverse order.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
