PURPOSE: To provide a pipe body for lining an exiting pipe in which the temperature of a resin pipe can be surely grasped at diameter extension, and a construction method for lining using it. ;CONSTITUTION: This pipe body A has a resin pipe 1 consisting of a thermoplastic resin and an optical fiber 2 arranged along the axial direction of the resin pipe 1. At the lining to an existing pipe, this pipe body A is inserted to the existing pipe, and an optical pulse is inputted to the optical fiber 2 from one end thereof to measure the optical intensity of the returned light, whereby the axial and circumferential temperature distributions of the pipe body A are detected, and the heating state of the pipe body A is controlled on the detected values.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
