摘要

PURPOSE: To confirm formation of α-C of desired quantity in a gulvanized film. ;CONSTITUTION: An iron thin film and a silver thin film are formed on a gulvanization surface of a mild steel plate to which gulvanizing is applied, and then heated at 350°C-450°C for 5 minutes - one hour. Then based on presence, in the surface, of single bond amorphous carbon within a wave number region of 1300cm-1-1400cm-1 and double bond amorphous carbon within the wave number region of 1500cm-1-1600cm-1 of Raman beam by irradiation of Ar laser beam, a containing quantity of amorphous carbon composed of the single bond and double bond contained in the gulvanization is discriminated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
