PURPOSE: To save manpower in applying a fertilizer and an agrichemical by incorporating a specific quantity of a surfactant into a covering material of the agrichemical-containing coated granular fertilizer to delayed-release both available components of the fertilizer and agrichemical. CONSTITUTION: In the agrichemical-containing coated granular feritilizer using one or more kind selected from a thermoplastic resin selected from a group composed of an olefin polymer, an olefin copolymer, a vinylidene chloride polymer, a vinylidene chloride copolymer, a polyester and a vinyl chloride copolymer or a thermosetting resin of an alkyd resin, one or more kind of surfactant selected from anionic or nonionic surfactants are added by 0.01-2 times as much as the covering material and 2-500 times as much as the agrichemical.
