WRITER ADAPTER FOR WRITING INFORMATION IN ID CARD

PURPOSE:To make the writer adapter optimum for writing information in a battery exchange type ID card, especially, to easily put output terminals in and out of the main body of the adapter. CONSTITUTION:This writer adapter is provided with a lock mechanism 50 for locking a slide case 34 to a main body 33 of the adapter when the slide case 34 is slid downward to the main body 33 of the adapter against a compression coil spring 49 and plural output terminals 39 for writing information are pulled downward out of the main body 33 of the adapter integrally with the slide case 34 and this lock mechanism 50 is composed of an elastic lock panel 52 fixed to the main body 33 of the adapter, stopper plate 84 for the slide case 34 to which a lock pawl 51 of that lock panel 52 is locked, and an unlock button 53 fitted to the slide case 34.
