PURPOSE:To connect an external oil pressure feeding means to the oil pressure piping of a moving rule by providing a back pressure releasing mechanism to release a back pressure generated in a circuit of a hydraulic system of a holding frame for assembling which pressure-fastens the whole body of a panel body by the moving rule driven by a hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION:A holding frame A is a system to pressure-fasten a panel body P by the pressing member 11 of a moving rule 10, and it furnishes an accumulator 22a which consists of a nitrogen gas cylinder to prevent a reduction of oil pressure in a hydraulic system 22 to feed a pressure oil to a hydraulic cylinder 20 from a coupling mechanism 21, and a back pressure releasing mechanism 26 to release the back pressure applied to the first coupling mechanism 21 when an external oil pressure feeding means is connected to the coupling mechanism 21. When the oil pressure piping of the moving rule and the oil pressure piping of the oil pressure feeding means are connected, they can be connected smoothly by releasing the back pressure of the oil pressure piping through the back pressure releasing mechanism beforehand.
