SHEET FOR JUDGING PRIMARY COLOR ADDED IN SMALL AMOUNT IN FINAL COLOR MATCHING STEP AND METHOD OF PERFORMING COLOR MATCHING OF COATING MATERIAL THEREWITH

PURPOSE: To provide a sheet with which the fine adjustment of color matching in the final step can be performed quickly, simply and efficiently by forming a clear coat on a transparent sheet and forming a color clear coat on the former coat. ;CONSTITUTION: The film formation side of a transparent sheet (a) being a synthetic resin film, a regenerated cellulosic film, especially desirably, a 5-50μm- thick polyethylene terephthalate film is degreased with a degreasing agent, this side is coated with a two-pack curing acrylic urethane coating material (e.g. a clear coating material or a diluted coating material) acting as a base in color matching and having good adhesion to the transparent sheet (a) with a curing agent being a flexible polyisocyanate to form a clear coat (b). The clear coat (b) is coated with a diluted primary color coating material for color matching, to form a 5-30μm-thick color clear coat (c). Here, the primary color coating material is diluted fivefold to thirthfold so that the sheet 1 may be seen through the coat.
