PURPOSE:To prevent bleeding of a plasticizer and sticking of products and to improve the surface smoothness and transparency of a product, by kneading a thermoplastic resin with a plasticizer, a specified preventive of plasticizer bleeding and molding the mixture. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin is kneaded with 30-300 pts.wt. plasticizer and 0.03-20 pts.wt. preventive (c) (of plasticizer bleeding, selected from among (i) a phosphoric ester, a phosphonic ester and a phosphinic ester of formula I (wherein Rf is a 4-21C perfluoroalkyl or perfluoroalkenyl, R1 is H, an alkali metal or the like, R2 is a 1-10C alkylene, i, j and k are integers, i0, j=0, k=0, and i+j+k=3) or formula II (wherein j+k=2), (ii) a (co)polymer of a methacrylic ester and a vinyl compound of formula III (wherein R6 is H or CH3) and, optionally, a monomer copolymerizable therewith, (iii) a (co)polymer of a fluorine compound of formula IV (wherein l is 1-3) with, optionally, a monomer copolymerizable therewith and (iv) a urethane compound of formula V (wherein X is 1-10C alkylene or the like, Y is a bivalent organic group, and Z is a monovalent organic group), and the obtained mixture is molded.
