PURPOSE: To show the optimun operation guidance in accordance with the skillness of each user. ;CONSTITUTION: An operation time counting part 8 counts the time (operation time) during which an operable state is notified from a conversation management part 16 and then the information is received from an input control part 6 in response to the input operation carried out by a user via a voice input device 3 or a touch panel 4. Then skillness deciding part 12 decides the skillness of the present user (such as a skilled person, a beginner or a general user) based on the operation time counted by the part 8 and the threshold operation time that is previously registered in a threshold value register part 10 and stores the decided skillness in a skillness storage part 13. When the operation guidance is outputted from the part 16, the guidance is taken out of an operation guidance DB 15 based on the skillness expertness stored in the part 13 and outputted through a display 1 or a speaker 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
