PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to improve the strength by providing a discrepancy in the up and down direction between the neighboring circular arc form members, when circular arc form members are arranged radially between the top center of a dome and the lower peripheral edge of the dome. CONSTITUTION:Circular arc form members 1 are formed, and they are provided radially between the top of a dome and the peripheral edge of the lower end of the dome, and making a discrepancy in the up and down direction between neighboring members 1 each other. Then, after linking members 2 are connected along the circumferential direction between the members 1, membrane materials 3 and cables 4 for leading in a tensil force are extended. As a result, since sufficient sags can be secured even though the membranous materials 3 are extended directly on the members 1, it is not necessary to provide bundle members for installing the membranous materials, and main-house materials as in the conventional method, and furthermore, a reduction of transparency of the membranous materials 3 can be prevented, and the structure and the process can be simplified.
