PURPOSE: To make it possible to easily carry out dredge work by means of a submerged dam, at the same time, reduce dredge construction work cost and to make it possible to effectively prevent the flood of river by laying down the submerged dam when a flood occurs. ;CONSTITUTION: A bag body 5 constituting a submerged dam 1 is formed in a roughly triangular shape when it stands up. The upper surface 5a of the bag body 5 is provided in a submerged state and in a fan-shape toward the lower stream side from the center of the upper stream side of a river 2, and narrow channels 9a and 9b are formed between the foot section 5a of the bag body 5 and river sides 7a and 7b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
