摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a steel sheet for poecelain enameling excellent in resistance to blister and black-point defects, having superior porcelain enameling characteristics, such as fishscale resistance and adhesive strength of porcelain enameling, and further excellent in press formability by using a continuously cast slab. CONSTITUTION:After the surface layer of a continuously cast slab of a steel for porcelain enameling, which has a composition containing, by weight, =0.005% C, =1.0% Mn, 0.01-0.07% Cu, and =0.020% P and also containing fishscale-inhibiting components, is ground by 1-5mm, this cast slab is hot-rolled and then coiled at =500 deg.C. After pickling, cold rolling is done and the resulting steel sheet is subjected to recrystallization annealing by a continuous annealing method in the temp. region between the recrystallization temp. and the Ac3 transformation point.
