PURPOSE: To simply install a beam and cheese, and enable automatic installation according to necessity in a kinky thread preventive device to prevent the occurrence of looseness when twisting wound round the beam and the cheese is rewound. ;CONSTITUTION: A support bar 2 is provided to install a beam and cheese, and a rotary arm 6 is pivoted on a base stand 7 on which the support bar 2 is installed, and a handle 5 is horizontally arranged on the tip of the rotary arm 6, and similarly, two fixing bars 3a and 3b are horizontally arranged at prescribed intervals, and the edge of vinyl cloth is connected to one fixed bar 3, and the other edge is connected to the handle 5.
