PURPOSE: To provide a foundation constructing method and basic concrete blocks for use therein which well suit various layouts of building rooms easily and to enhance the effectiveness in executing works of construction of the foundation by embodying some of the concrete blocks so that they are designed for wall thickness, in advance preparing four sorts of concrete blocks to be used at corner, short straight portion, long straight portion, and wall thickness, combining them appropriately, and securing at the site to that part of the building which should mate with the foundation. ;CONSTITUTION: A basic concrete block for corner 1, a basic concrete block for short straight portion 2, a basic concrete block for long straight portion 3, and a basic concrete block for wall thickness 4 are used in any combination and secured to that part which mates with foundation.
