PURPOSE: To provide food, which can be preserved for a long time, is made easy to eat and effective for the medical treatment of constipation, colon disease, cancer, arteriosclerosis or diabetes or controlling the weight of corpulent person by adding food raw materials rich in diet fiber and intra-blood cholesterol reduction food raw materials to cereal powder, and extruding the mixture at high temperature. ;CONSTITUTION: This food is obtained by extruding the composition composed of corn grits in 70 to 50 wt.% (A), apple lees and tofu in 15 to 10 wt.% (B), bran and corn lees bran and rice bran in 15 to 10 wt.% (C), α-cellulose in 10 to 4 wt.% (D), β-cyclodextrin in 5 to 3 wt.% (E), pectin, guagum and algin in 4.5 to 2.5 wt.% (F), salt in 0.3 wt.% (G), aspatum in 0.1 wt.% (H) and citric acid in 0.1 wt.% (I) at high temperature by an extruder.
