PURPOSE: To correct the bottom dead center displacement due to temp. change so as to enable high precision press work. ;CONSTITUTION: The bottom dead center displacement correcting device of press machine is provided with a slide displacement sensor 10 to detect a displacement of bottom dead center at each stroke and to output a displacement detected signal, a proportional electromagnetic pressure control valve 14 to control a pressure of pressurized oil supplied to a hydraulic jack extending/retracting a frame 13 and a control means which controls the proportional electromagnetic pressure control valve 14 based on the displacement detected signal from the slide displacement sensor 10 and corrects a displacement of the bottom dead center by extending/retracting the frame 13 in axial direction while varying a jack force of the hydraulic jack 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
