PURPOSE: To provide a small-sized manhole device equipped with a subsidiary pipe device capable of easily carrying out execution work and capable of open ing road closing in a short time even if the work is carried out in a narrow space. ;CONSTITUTION: A joint frame body 22 is molded from synthetic resin. The joint frame body 22 opens joint ports 23 and 24 connected to a riser 18 in vertical direction a branch joint port 27 is projected to the side thereof, and an outlet 30 opened downward is formed in the outside end side of the branch joint port 27. A pit main body 10 is molded from synthetic resin. The riser 18 is connected to the lower joint port 24 of the joint frame body 22. A sewage branch pipe 31 is connected to the outside end of the branch joint port 27 of the joint frame body 22. The lower end of a subsidiary pipe 33 mounted to the outside or inside of the riser 19 is connected to an invert section 12 of the pit main body 10.
