SKIN-CLEANSING MASK COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING POLYAMIDE PARTICLE AND ITS USE

PURPOSE: To obtain a cosmetic composition useful as a cleaning mask and further capable of modifying gloss of the face by compounding polyamide particles which are dispersed in an aqueous gel as an essential cleaning agent and have roughly spherical shapes of specific sizes. CONSTITUTION: This cosmetic composition is obtained by compounding an aqueous gel with polyamide particles which are dispersed in the aqueous gel and have roughly spherical shapes of specific sizes, wherein the particles are contained in an amount of =12 wt.% (especially, 12-35 wt.%) of the total amount. It is preferable that the particles have densities of 1.0-1.84 g/cm3 , especially 1.02-1.4 g/cm3 and sizes of 5-50 m, especially 10-30 m. Regarding the gel, the gel contains at least one or more kinds of gelling agents in a water-soluble vehicle, and the gelling agent is preferably selected from a water-soluble polymer and a polymer which can give a colloidal solution in water. As the gelling agent, an acrylic polymer, a methacrylic polymer, a carboxyvinylpolymer, etc., is suitable. The composition can be removed simply by washing and rising. Further, the composition can exhibit visual effect for reducing the depths of wrinkles.
