PURPOSE:To obtain a emission intensity signal stable over a long time using a small amount of a specimen, by mounting two freely detachable coaxial type nebulizers to a spray chamber. CONSTITUTION:By providing the mount ports 3 of two coaxial type nebulizers having a plurality of O-rings inserted therein to a spray chamber 1, the nebulizers 4 are always held at a constant mount angle and also easily detachable from the outside. Further, by forming the spray chamber 1 into a cyclone structure and providing a heater part between the outlet 6 of the spray chamber and the inlet of an ICP torch, a high emission intensity signal reduced in fractuation can be also obtained. As a result, not only the removal of the clogging of the nebulizers but also the replacement of the nebulizers are easy and the stable good quantity emission intensity signal can be obtained for a long time using a small amount of a specimen.
