PURPOSE:To mechanize sweeping away of bottoms by providing negative pressure by means of compressed air flowing within the ice-breaking force feeding pipe of an air ice-breaking force feeding device, and thereby sucking fishes in fish tanks in such a way as to sweep away the bottoms of the fish tanks. CONSTITUTION:An ice-breaking force feeding device 2 is actuated so as to feed compressed air into an ice-breaking force feeding pipe 4. In this case, air in hoses 12 is sucked in with the valve of a distributing device 5 opened so that negative pressure is produced in the hoses 12. The distributing device is so constituted that negative pressure is produced by venturi-effect. Fishes in the fish tanks 13 are sucked in together with water by the negative pressure 16 so as to be forwarded to a fish-water separator 18 so that they are separated from water so as to be recovered. This constitution makes it possible to mecha nize the sweeping away operation of the fish tanks.
