BIDIRECTIONAL FACSIMILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR PERFORMING TRANSMISSION/RECEPTION WITHOUT DISCONNECTING PUBLIC TELEPHONE LINE

摘要

PURPOSE: To transmit a similar signal not to perform disconnection from the reception side to the transmission side, to transmit it also from the reception side continuously to the transmission side and to enable reception processing on the transmission side. CONSTITUTION: A computer 3 incorporating a FAX communication control interface board and software for controlling it receives a data transmission end confirming signal from a transmission side facsimile 1 through a connected public telephone line and when transmitting the end confirming signal to the transmission side facsimile 1, the pseudo signal for inhibiting the disconnection is transmitted to the transmission side facsimile 1 so that the public telephone line 2 can be kept in connection. Continuously, a pseudo signal for switching from a transmission mode to a reception mode is transmitted from the computer 3 to the transmission side facsimile 1 so that the transmission side facsimile 1 can be turned to a receiving state. Thus, the transmission side facsimile 1 can receive the data from the computer 3 incorporating the FAX communication control interface board and the software for controlling it.
