PURPOSE: To avoid deterioration of quality, which is caused when unripe Japanese apricots are transported and sold in small quanatities, in the wrapped form, for consumers by putting jointly unripe Japanese apricots and ethylene removing agents into a wrapping body made of film having specific oxygen permeability and fine holes with specific hole diameter. ;CONSTITUTION: In a film for wrapping unripe Japanese apricot, oxygen permeability of film per 1kg of unripe Japanese apricot at 23°C is 2000-5000cc/24 hrs.atm, and the film has fine holes with diameter of 100-300μm. And unripe Japanese apricots and ethylene removing agents are put into a wrapping body made of the film. Holes can be formed by simply using a needle or by using a heated needle. As a film for use, a sigle layer film or multilayered film can be used, or a single layer film or multilayered film made by coextrusion, or a film prepared by bonding together these films can be used. The wrapping body is air-tightly sealed and etylene removing agents are used at the same time, so that freshness can be effectively maintained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
