METHOD AND CIRCUIT DEVICE FOR BYPASSING FLOW OF COMMUNICATION CELL WITHOUT INTERFERING WITH ALTERNATIVE ROUTE

PURPOSE: To provide a means capable of bypassing individual virtual route or virtual channel from an active route to an alternate route. CONSTITUTION: Only a communication cell stream supplied from a central synchronization device AS through the active route AP first is relayed and transmitted further through a belonging switching device CCb and the supplied two communication cell streams are synchronized. Along with the achievement of the synchronization, instead of the communication cell stream supplied from the central synchronization device AS through the active route AP first, the communication cell stream supplied through the alternate line EP is relayed and transmitted further through the belonging switching device CCb. Consecutively, the central synchronization device AS outputs and couples the communication cell streams supplied through the alternate route EP from a transmission route.
