PURPOSE: To realize the incorporation of a larger quantity of a low-molecular material with improved retentivity and control the modulus of elasticity to a low value by using a mixture of a crystalline thermoplastic and a low- molecular material and a polymer material as the constituents. ;CONSTITUTION: 5-30 pts.wt. crystalline thermoplastic (A) having a melting point of 100-300°C and a number-average molecular weight of 5,000 to 700,000 is mixed with 95-70 pts.wt. low-molecular material (B) having a number-average molecular weight of below 20,000, comprising, e.g. a softening agent, a plasticizer, a tackifier, an oligomer or a lubricant by stirring at a rate as high as at least 300rpm at 100-350°C for 5-120min to give a polymer meshed structure wherein the component B is retained within the three-dimensional continuous meshed skeleton of the component A. This structure is blended with a polymer compound comprising, e.g. a thermoplastic resin, a thermosetting resin, a thermoplastic elastomer or a rubber at 40-200°C for 1-60min.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
