PURPOSE: To make it possible to appreciate one and the same sand picture with one sense in the light and with a different sense in the dark. ;CONSTITUTION: Light storing sand picture contains picturing paper, light storing sand-like powder 20 is non-light storing sand-like powder 30. The light storing sand-like powder is formed by adhering adhesive to sand-like powder, which is obtained by grinding white native rock, while plastic granulated powder, white glass beads or the like so as to cover with fully colored or colored light storing pigment and coat with adhesive. Further, the picture forming portion in the picturizing paper is cut off along its line, along which to cut off, and peeled off so as to expose adhesive surface and sprinkle sand-like powder on the surface with one of two sand-like powder and then with the other ones by priority of the depth of color for fixing the powder to the surface in order to make colored picture for obtaining light storing sand picture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
