CENTRALIZED METER INSPECTING SYSTEM OF WATER METER

PURPOSE: To easily find a water meter which is erroneously connected to the terminal of a centralized meter inspecting board. ;CONSTITUTION: A room number corresponding to the terminal number of the terminals 1-10 is transmitted by a telegraphic message from the centralized meter inspecting board 20 to the electronic-system water meters M₁-M₁₀ of an eight-bit system, which are respectively arranged in the respective rooms 101-110 of a multiple dwelling house 100 so as to be set in a water meter RAM. The room number set in RAM is displayed in a liquid display equipment for a fixed time by permitting a permanent magnet 40 to approach the upper part of the water meters M₁-M₁₀. Connection is judged to be right when the displayed room number matches with the actual room number.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
