REPAIRING ROOF SHEET FOR VERTICAL LAYING, AND STRUCTURE OF REPAIRED ROOF IN VERTICAL LAYING

PURPOSE: To improve the strength for a repaired roof surface by a method wherein upstanding faces in stairs-like structure in horizontal laying facing the eaves side and flat parts are formed continuously in a plurality of stairs in the ridge-eaves direction at intervals approximately in the same pitch as effective intervals of roof sheets for the existing roof surface. ;CONSTITUTION: In a repairing roof sheet 1 for vertical laying having a surface sheet part 2 at its center, flat parts 7 of the surface sheet part 2 are provided at intervals in the same pitch as effective intervals in laying of existing roof sheets 16 on an existing roof surface 17 while upstanding faces 4 are provided in the height approximately the same as stairs 18 of the existing roof surface 17. Then, roof sheet holding members such as clips 26 are provided with adjusting members 20 in the ridge-eaves direction on the roof surface 17, on which roof sheets 10 are laid with their front and the rear ends overlapped with one another, and the clips are fixed with fixtures 40 to the roof surface 17. Then, spaces on the right and the left of the members 20 and 26 are set so that the roof sheet 1 can be held with specified spaces on the right and the left required for holding the roof sheet 1 with the members 26 on the right and the left, and the roof sheets 1 are laid on the roof surface 17. Thereby, the roof sheet 1 can be held tightly on the roof surface 17, forming a new roof surface reinforced by the roof surface 17, and the strength can be improved for the repaired roof surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
