REBUILDING SYSTEM AND REBUILDING METHOD FOR EXISTING BUILDING

PURPOSE: To shorten a work period by moving a demolished part slidably according to the advancement of demolishing work, tensing a new roof, and performing the demolishing work of an existing building and construction work of a new building simultaneously. ;CONSTITUTION: Multiple new columns 3 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of a factory 1. Also a work table 5 is set at the rear of a demolishing factory 4 in moving direction, and the demolishing factory 4 is set on the work table. Then a guide presupporting beam is installed across the work table 5 and the new columns 3, the demolishing factory 4 is put on it, the factory 1 is demolished in it, and the demolishing factory 4 is moved slidably from the work table 5 to the front of the plant 1 in longitudinal direction. On the work table 5, the steels of a unit roof 21 are assembled, roofing materials are arranged on them to form a roof part, and they are connected to the demolishing factory 4 and tensed. Thus the demolished part can be covered in order with a new roof 2.
