DECISION SYSTEM OF MEANS FOR CORRECTING UNBALANCE OPTIMALLY

PURPOSE: To facilitate the work for correcting the unbalance detected through rotation of a test piece by providing a memory for storing a data representative of the mutual relationship between a plurality of unbalance correcting directions and predetermined unbalance correction amounts. ;CONSTITUTION: A pulse sensor 1 takes out a pulse once for every revolution of a test piece and a synchronization signal generator 3 generates a synchronization signal for a tracking filter 2 based on the pulse signal. An oscillation detector 4 for detecting oscillation of the test piece is connected with the filter 2 through a variable gain amplifier 5. A memory 9 stores a data representative of the mutual relationship between a plurality of unbalance correcting directions being set for the test piece in order to correct unbalance thereof while keeping a predetermined angular relationship and the predetermined unbalance amount in the correcting direction. The unbalance amount operated by a CPU 8 is presented on a display 10 and the component in each direction of the unbalance amount and a required angle thereof can also be presented on a display 11 in response to an input on a keyboard 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
