PURPOSE: To form lining concrete of good quality by improving a filling property of concrete in the neighbourhood of a skin plate easy to lower its filling property. ;CONSTITUTION: A plural number of exciting members 6 are arranged on a rear end edge of a skin plate 2 of a shield drilling machine 1 along its peripheral direction under a spot depositing lining shield engineering method to deposit concrete C in a concrete depositing space 20 formed between a tunnel inner peripheral surface 10 and a formwork 4 by way of setting the formwork 4 along the inner peripheral surface 10 of a tunnel in the rear of the shield drilling machine 1 while drilling the tunnel by the shield drilling machine 1.
