PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency by stopping a slinging rope to a crane beam, set up in the top part of a lift path, mounting a metal wheel to this rope, stopping a rope of a winch, set up in a lower part of the lift path, to this metal wheel and connecting a return wheel mounting frame to a point end part of the winch rope. CONSTITUTION:A slinging rope 8 is stopped to a crane beam 7, a metal wheel serving as a pulley is mounted to the rope 8, a winch rope 6a of a winch 6 is mounted to the metal wheel and a return wheel mounting frame 10, in which a return wheel 10a is built, is connected to a point end part of this winch rope 6a. The winch 6 is driven to repeat work of successively lift-connecting the frame 10 and each step guide rail 11a, divided in a vertical direction, with right and left guide rails 11 respectively integrally formed to the total height of a lift path and erected in a position to a riding spot of the lift path, and in this guide rail 11, a temporary work floor 12 is built in the uppermost story part in the lift path. By using this work floor 12, the frame 10 is fixed to a building beam, and the guide rail 11 is fixed to the building beam of each story by a rail bracket 14.
