PURPOSE: To improve safety by fitting a batten material fitting to a panel with a bolt bored with a through hole passing the screw head section of a separator, fastening and assembling a form with a nut, and separating the form from a structure merely with the removal of the nut. CONSTITUTION: A bolt-like member 4 is inserted into a through hole 1a bored on a panel 1, and a batten material fitting 3 is fastened by a nut 6 and is fastened to a through hole 4e by a split nut 9 through the screw head section 5a of a separator 5. For removal, the nut 9 is first removed, the connection of batten materials 7 is released and separated for a proper area of a form, the batten materials 7 are removed by a crane in the assembled state, then they are disassembled in the procedures reverse to the procedures for assembling at a flat place, thereby improves work efficiency.
