PURPOSE: To confirm and guarantee the quality of goods and products by storing all detailed measured value of each part of the goods and products without preparing inspection reports and parts specifications etc., of many kinds of parts and judging good or bad when the measured values deviates from the standard values or the tolerances. ;CONSTITUTION: In a computer 2, reference data base 11 for inspection consisting of various data are input, inspection measurement items of goods for every inspection object and measurement procedure are displayed on the screen in turn, and then the measured value of each part of the actual product goods measured with a measuring instrument 3 are output in a computer 2. Then, the measured data input in the computer 2 in turn are all stored in a measured data base memory device 6, the stored measured data and the various data for every inspection object stored in advance in the reference data base 11 for inspection are compared in turn with a measured data comparison judgment device 7 and only when the measured data is out of the tolerable range, the specific alarm device 8 is operated to judge good or bad.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
