Then upper copper paste 5 is printed and hardened on each stripe of semiconductor paste 3 and its adjacent stripe of semiconductor paste 4 in 36 stripes so that the stripe of the paste 5 can span the space between both stripes of the paste 3 and 4. Then, after applying insulating paint 6 to the surfaces of the film 1 and the stripes of the paste 2, 3, 5, and 5, the film 1 is cut into pieces of a prescribed size.
