PRODUCTION OF PLANT DISEASE INJURY CONTROLLING LIQUID FOR THRIPS OR THE LIKE

PURPOSE: To obtain a controlling liquid for disease injuries such as thrips, suitable for chemical-free cultivation and having high safety by dissolving respective adequate amounts of shells of hen's eggs, magnesium sulfate, seaweeds, active silicon and a mixed material of various minerals in pyroligneous acid as a main raw material. ;CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a controlling liquid for plant disease injuries such as thrips is to dissolve shells of hen's eggs, magnesium sulfate, seaweeds, active silicon and various mineral materials in pyroligneous acid or further mix the resultant solution with a solvent runoff preventing agent containing a vegetable oil and a seaweed extract as main raw materials. The resultant controlling liquid is a foliar application type synthetic controlling agent, not only limited to the symptomatic therapy for the disease injuries but also capable of removing primary factors for causing the disease injuries from the plant itself, thereby accelerating the activation and growth promotion of the whole plant, suitable for chemical-free cultivation and having high safety. The pyroligneous acid which is a base of the controlling agent participates in the production of ethylene and methionine of a plant body and is capable of providing the resistance to diseases but also efficiently converting ammonia inhibiting the production of the ethylene into amino acids.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
