PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of confusion of a short beam during construction and to improve workability by a method wherein a steel frame beam of a long beam and a short beam, both having respective given lengths, is used, the long beams are securely arranged to the front and the rear of the short bed only in one-way, and the short beam is arranged in a direction of extending at right angles therewith. ;CONSTITUTION: Long beams l are securely arranged at the front and the rear of a short beam 2 only in one-way and the short beam 2 is securely arranged at right angles In this case, a length l of the long beam 1 and a length 12 of a short beam 2 are represented by formulas of 11=M×n+α, and 12=M×m-α where M is a building module, α is a column width, and (n) and (m) are a positive number. During connection in series of the long beam l and the short beam 2, a wood top end material and a wood lower end material are disposed and the respective web parts of the long beam 1 and the short beam 2 formed integrally with each other are securely bolt-fastened by a flat fitment for extension. Further, coupling holes at a given pitch for a column 3 and other steel frame beam are formed in a flange part and the web for secure coupling by bolts. Further, when the short beam 2 is securely fixed to the long beam 1 in a rightangled direction, the long beam 1 of a corner part and the web of the short beam 2 are bolt-fastened by an L-type fitment for coupling.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
