PURPOSE: To change the explaining information on an observed object by quickly coping with the change and to automatically display the information on the observed object being the background of a head-up display even when the observed object is changed in an observed object explaining device using the head-up display. ;CONSTITUTION: This device comprises an observed object information radio transmitter device U1 arranged in adjacent to a observed object and transmitting the observed object explaining information as a radio signal, a receiver 12 receiving the radio signal of the observed object explaining information and a head-up display H displaying the observed object explaining information received by the receiver 12 and is provided with a reception display device U2 capable of changing the direction of the head-up display H so as to make the displayed observed object explaining information visible on the background of plural different observed objects.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
