PURPOSE: To provide a printing label decreased in the number of layers and to make it possible to produce the printing label and to stick the printing label to an adherend by a series of stages. ;CONSTITUTION: The one surface of a label base material 10 is provided with a tacky adhesive. The surface on the side provided with the tacky adhesive is printed with characters and symbols by an ink jet printer 36 as a contactless type printer, by which the printing label 20 is formed. The label base material 10 let off by one unit each from a letting off device 30 is attracted by a vacuum grid 32 constituting an attracting means. This vacuum grid 32 is moved toward the adherend 37 transported on a transporting path 61 by a moving device 33.
