MANUFACTURE OF TUNGSTEN HALOGEN LAMP, AND TUNGSTEN HALOGEN LAMP

PURPOSE: To fix an anchor to hold the filament of a tungsten halogen lamp by processing a bulb without deforming by heating. ;CONSTITUTION: An anchor 1 is bent to support arms 1b and 1c in the radius direction respectively at a part of a circular arc 1a, and the support arms are connected to filamants 2a and 2b at the center of the circular arc 1a. The other end of a bridge 3 whose one end is fixed to the circular arc 1a at the position near the support arm 1c is fixed to the support arm 1b. The bridge 3 is made of a material melted by the heat, or a material melted by a chemical reaction reacted with a gas and the like. When the bridge 3 is melted by heating by feeding the power to the filamant 2a, or by blowing a gas into a bulb, after the anchor 1 is inserted to the bulb, the anchor 1 is expanded and pressure contacted to the inner periphery of the bulb.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
