DEVICE FOR JUDGING ILLEGAL ACTION IN AUTOMATIC TICKET EXAMINING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To prevent a ticket from being illegally used in an automatic ticket examining machine which processes two kinds of tickets, a train ticket and a limited express, ticket, by judging illegal use if one of necessary train ticket and limited express ticket is for child and another is for adult. ;CONSTITUTION: Information on the two tickets, i.e., the train ticket and limited express ticket, which is stored in a memory 14 is inputted to a decision means 18 and when the ticket kind information shows that the train ticket is for adult and the limited express ticket is for child or that the train ticket is for child and the limited express ticket is for adult, illegal use is decided to output ineffectiveness information, and then, the information is outputted to a door closure driving means 20 to close the door of the automatic ticket examining machine and to an illegal use display means 22. This means 22 blinks a lamp provided to the automatic ticket examining machine, makes a buzzer sounds, or makes a display on the monitor in a station staff room to wait for a staff's guidance or instruction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
