PURPOSE: To obtain a device for preventing pigeon from coming flying, capable of performing more efficient prevention by means of magnetic force and further stronger preventive effect by synergism with visual effect caused by a material which a pigeon dislikes than a conventional device, strong, easy in maintenance, durable for use and having sufficient value as an article of commerce. ;CONSTITUTION: On a base board 1 placed on a spot where pigeons come flying, plural supporting members 2 made of an elastic material which can swing by vibration, wind, etc., at the place of the base board 1 are arranged with space.
