PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bird repelling device which is made resistant to conspicuousness and prevents damage to a resident's hand, face, particularly, eye, etc., by horizontally stretching some thin inconspicuous bird-repelling lines across an external space of a veranda at a prescribed vertical interval in place of too conspicuous a pigeon repelling net, a bird repelling device for a rooftop balustrade and the whole of a rooftop, which makes a structure straddling pipe device (Fig. 4) of a bird-repelling line supporting apparatus fixed to a rooftop balustrade wall, and a fall preventing device for preventing a fall from a building.;SOLUTION: The structure straddling pipe device (Fig. 4) is fixed to the veranda and the rooftop without damage to a structure of the building, which causes a leak in a roof, so that the bird repelling device and the fall preventing device can be attached/detached at any time and mounted without being conspicuous.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
