The invention concerns carrying cases that are to be attached to a bicycleor moped by means of elasticated bands (spiders), clips, buckles or otherattachment systems. The invention's purpose is to provide a solution for thedifficulties with these existing systems, by using a carrying case comprisingtwo halves that can be fitted to each other and to the luggage rack of abicycle or moped.
