Continuous process for the manufacture of solid particles from at least one persal using the process and industrial installation of persal manufacturing by crystallization-classification

A continuous process for the mfr. of solid particles of at least one per-salt of an alkali metal, comprises reacting a conc. aq. soln. of H2O2 with an aq. conc. soln. of at least one alkali metal salt and crystallising the resulting per-salt in a crystalliser/classifier appts. The crystalliser has a clarification zone situated above a stirred zone, across which an ascending current of super-saturated per-salt soln. flows, the latter contg. particles moving in opposite direction to that of the soln. The crystalliser is situated above a classifier in which the particles elute, and accumulate in the lower part, where they are then racked.
