The invention relates to a prefabricated structure of ferroconcrete or a substitute material with a base (8), side walls (33) and facing walls and a cover plate (10) above the base, in which the cover plate forms either a parking area for at least one motor vehicle or the floor plate of a cell, especially a garage cell, and the region of the structure beneath the cover plate is designed for sinking into the earth, and in which a liquid reservoir with an inlet and outlet is formed beneath the cover plate inside the structure.
