PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING CONCRETE PREFABRICATED ELEMENTS AND A CONCRETE ELEMENT PRODUCED IN SUCH A MANNER

In a process for producing prefabricated concrete building elements, serving as permanent formwork intended particularly for making an opening in a building structure, liquid concrete is filled in a negative mold (1). A liquefying additive is added to a concrete mixture and the concrete mixture is fed under pressure to fill the negative (1) consisting of several mold parts (10 to 16) that are sealed against each other. Apparatus for making the process comprises a negative mold (1) consisting of several mold parts (10 to 16) whereby these mold parts (10 to 16) are sealed against each other by means of rubber seals (4). A building element intended as permanent formwork and produced by the above-described process, is made as a single-part frame member for cellar window jamb skirting the window opening. A building element intended as permanent formwork can be made as a frame part (5) for cellar window jam consisting of two frame parts (50, 51) being cast in the above-indicated process independently on each another. The permanent formwork building element, these frame parts are clamped with each another by fasteners (52) such as tack bolts to form the frame part (5) whereby said fasteners (52) border the window opening contour and define stops (54, 55) for window seating.
