In the present invention there is disclosed a compound pharmaceutical preparation for treating human tumor cells containing effective amount of 0e6-benzylguanine and effective amount of temozolomide, further the use of 0e6-benzylguanine and temozolomide for its preparation as well as a kit containing a separated dosage form of temozolomide and a separated dosage form of 0e6-benzylguanine intended for treating human tumor cells.
