The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody that induces apoptosis in the myelocytic cell, a fragment of the antibody, a recognizing antigen that is recognized by the BMAO-1 antibody being produced by the FERM BP-4382 hybridoma or a human homologue thereof. Further disclosed is a hybridoma producing the invented monoclonal antibody as well as a pharmaceutical composition in which the monoclonal antibody is comprised.
