PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION FOR ORAL ADMINISTRATION CONTAINING HIGH DOSAGE OF MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, PROCESS OF ITS PREPARATION AND USE

In the present invention there is disclosed a high dose pharmaceutical formulation in the form of aqueous oral suspension of mycophenolate mofetil or mycophenolic acid, containing 7.5 and 30 percent by volume of an active component, suspending/viscosity agent, sweetener, flavor, buffer (to a pH of 5-7), and optionally a flavor enhancer, wetting agent, antimicrobial agent and color. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing such pharmaceutical formulation and its use for the treatment of immunosuppressive diseases, inflammatory diseases, tumors, proliferative diseases, viral diseases, and psoriatic diseases.
